JV AUTO REPAIRS – Legal Disclaimer

By scheduling a service with JV AUTO REPAIRS, you agree to the following:

  1. Limited Liability:
    JV AUTO REPAIRS is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing vehicle issues, customer-supplied parts, or conditions beyond our control during service. Service is provided as-is based on the information provided at time of booking.

  2. Warranty Scope:
    We provide a 30-day limited labor warranty. This does not apply to customer-supplied parts, pre-existing conditions, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unrelated mechanical issues.

  3. Right to Refuse Service:
    JV AUTO REPAIRS reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist, access to the vehicle is obstructed, or if customer behavior is deemed abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe.

  4. On-Site Risks:
    Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe, legal, and accessible location for mobile repairs. JV AUTO REPAIRS is not liable for damage to property, driveways, or vehicles due to environmental conditions at the service site.

  5. Information Use:
    Any advice or estimate provided verbally or via our website is for informational purposes only. Final pricing and recommendations are determined upon physical inspection.

JV AUTO REPAIRS – Refund Policy

At JV AUTO REPAIRS, we strive to deliver professional and reliable mobile auto repair services. Due to the nature of mobile service operations and the costs involved, the following refund policy applies:

Service Appointments

  • All service appointments are non-refundable once the technician arrives on-site.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 may apply.

  • If services cannot be completed due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., vehicle inaccessibility, incorrect information provided), a minimum diagnostic/service fee will be charged.

Diagnostic Services

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with repairs.

  • If you proceed with recommended repairs through JV AUTO REPAIRS within 7 days of the diagnostic, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the repair at our discretion.

Parts & Labor

  • Labor is warrantied for 30 days from the date of service unless otherwise specified.

  • Defective parts installed by JV AUTO REPAIRS may be eligible for manufacturer warranty replacement, but refunds for parts are not guaranteed unless proven to be faulty and returned unused.

  • If a part fails due to reasons unrelated to installation (e.g., wear and tear, misuse), the customer is responsible for replacement costs.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Services performed correctly but not resolving additional or unrelated issues.

  • Customer-supplied parts (no warranty or guarantee is provided).

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or parts delivery out of our control.
